In order to meet everyone's requirements (customers, standards, internal organisations), the company has undertaken to implement total traceability, from purchase to dispatch. By 2018, we must be able to trace the entire journey of a batch of product through the exchanges between the source of supply and the various dispatches to our customers. To achieve this, we have chosen to use barcodes. The barcode is created when our products are checked on arrival. The document generated is called the FCE (fiche de contrôle d'entrée - incoming inspection sheet), which contains all the information needed to trace the origin of the parts concerned. A label is then printed and affixed to each box in the batch. This barcode serves as the product's DNA.

All this should give the company greater control over the flows that pass through it and a significant reduction in the risk of errors linked to order processing, in order to guarantee optimum service and customer satisfaction.
