Bibloc shaft collar 6 x 16 x 9 stainless steel

Two-part bi-bloc shaft clamps use a clamping technique. They offer the same advantages as single-element clamps, with greater flexibility and ease of use. Their clamping force is slightly better suited to shafts whose diameter is less precise than the nominal value. They are easily dismantled, reducing installation time and downtime when adjustment, dismantling or replacement is required. Throughout the manufacturing process, the two clamp elements are held together to ensure a perfect fit in position.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

- Use clamps as is, do not degrease.
- Wipe bore clean
- Apply a thin coat of light oil to the shaft
- Place the clamp in the desired position and tighten until you feel a slight resistance.
- On two-part clamps, be sure to maintain the same gap between the two halves of the clamp
- Finally position the clamp and tighten the screws to the maximum recommended torque
