Blower coupling 16x14x41x51 aluminium

These couplings consist of a stainless steel bellows and 2 aluminum hubs. This provides excellent performance in motion-controlled applications. The properties of the stainless steel bellows are adapted to torsion. The thin walls of the bellows allow the coupling to flex easily and remain rigid under torsional loads. Parallel and mitre misalignments, as well as axial movements, are compensated for by the use of the bellows coupling. The combination of aluminum hubs and bellows ensures the coupling's light weight and low inertia. The absence of moving parts ensures identical reproduction of movement, as well as extended maintenance intervals. Its balanced design reduces vibrations. The characteristic values of the stratic torque are established for maximum misalignment.

To obtain the dynamic torque value, the static characteristic values must be divided by 2 for non-reversible applications and by 4 for reversible applications.

Steel: C12L14 cold-drawn bar up to 5"1/4. C1117, C1117L or C12L14 bar from 5"1/2 to 7"3/4.
Aluminum: Aluminum bar 7075 - T651
Stainless steel: Bright finish
