One-piece shaft collar 17 x 36 x 13 stainless steel

One-piece shaft clamps, consisting of a single element, grip the shaft, providing an even distribution of clamping forces. The result is a tight fit and greater clamping power, avoiding the surface damage to shafts caused by clamps with perpendicular set screws. These clamps also fit better than any other model. Materials are carefully selected to ensure that the clamping gap remains open, making adjustment, assembly and fitting easier and more precise.

Tolerance on E +.08mm -.25mm
From diameter 40 to diameter 80, the clamp has no rear slot.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

- Use clamps as is, do not degrease.
- Wipe bore clean
- Apply a thin coat of light oil to the shaft
- Place the clamp in the desired position and tighten until you feel a slight resistance.
- On two-part clamps, be sure to maintain the same gap between the two halves of the clamp
- Finally position the clamp and tighten the screws to the maximum recommended torque
